 Environment

PART 2

Hi everyone and here is another post of environment! We are today talking about littering and how it affects nature. Littering is when we get too lazy to walk to the nearest bin, so we just throw it. Haven't you noticed children littering all over there school grounds.

Rubbish often falls into the drains, then flows out to sea. It pollutes the water, creating sickness. Turtles mistake plastic bags for jellyfish often. Fish might even eat rubbish! It is bad for the ocean.

Sometimes littering isn't on purpose. The bins lid might open and out spills the rubbish. Though, this is not likely for bin lids are heavy.

The most effective way to stop littering is put your rubbish in the bins and encourage action. If you see a turtle trying to eat a 'jellyfish' stop the plastic getting to it's body!

Thanks!

Little actions make big changes.
